Bella Rose offers a peaceful quite place to live.  It is like living in the country yet 3 minutes from I 45.  Your water, electric, trash service and Wi-Fi is included in your monthly rent. There is a laundry, restroom and shower on site for Tenants only.  The park also has a dog area available. 

We are located in Freestone County within 30 miles of Buffalo, Centerville, Dew, Fairfield, Groesbeck, Jewett, Mexia, Personville, Teague, Wortham,

It's always recommended that you call or text 903-644-0577 and make sure we have a space available. We do not rent by the day. We are an extended stay community and would love that you call this home.  However, we do try to accommodate those visiting the area for a week or month.

Bella Rose RV space rent is based on 2 people 

and 2 vehicles 

Weekly Rental  $125

Monthly Rental  $400

RV MUST BE PRE-APPROVED, AGE AND LOOK WILL BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION

ALL RENTALS INCLUDE: WATER, ELECTRIC, TRASH, WIFI and LAUNDRY AREA

1-2 BEDROOM MOBILE HOME and CABIN RENTAL is based on 2 to 4 people:  COST DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF ROOMS AND AVAILABILITY 

Basic Rental Rates: $700 - $850 (utilities included: electric, water, sewage, internet)
